Yes, it's true that the Retro Version is a little more dramatic, but it still compliments the Tbird's front end all the while protecting the Headlight from the UV sun rays from yellowing the plastic. The Simple Shorter version is nice in that it protects the Headlight plastics, but it also adds some luxurious appeal that compliments the Hoodscoop Bezel, Grille, and Sail Panel. Both versions definently add some style to the Tbird's front end. It's just a matter of preference of course. And, to tell you the truth, Shawn and I still have a hard time deciding which one we like better. They both look great!

WHICH SET DO I CHOOSE?
This is a tough one. I personally thought that the that the Retro Headlight Visors were going to be too dramatic, but it actually looks very stylish... especially since the Tbird already has a lot of Chrome accents on it. The Shorter Simple Headlight Visors look great too. They blend in with the original design more. They are both great, but, it's up to you in the end which one you like the best. I'm sure that you have already made your decision.

Overall, they both look great and will help protect your Tbird's Headlight plastic. Maybe, you should get both sets... just kidding. One set will do fine. Although, you could order a set and if you think the other set would look better, you could trade them out. It would cost you about $12 for shipping though. But, it's a nice option and we could do that for you if you wish.

INSTALLATION
I'm sure that most of you know how I operate. I don't like to sell any product that is too hard to install or might jeopardize the value of your Tbird. You will not have to modify your Tbird in any way. You will simply adhere them on top of the exising Headlamp plastic. That's it. Only a steady hand and a tape measure is required. The 3M tape is made to hold with temperatures in excess of 300 degrees. You can also remove them without damaging your Tbird. Instructions will be included when you receive your package in the mail.
